REWARD CARD OR REWARD CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of a reward card or reward certificate (collectively, "Reward(s)"). Rewards are redeemable solely from Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC, which is managing www.ticketsatwork.com on behalf of TicketsAtWork - Plum Benefits, LLC (d/b/a TicketsatWork), towards tickets, hotels and other qualifying merchandise purchased on www.ticketsatwork.com or by calling TicketsatWork's customer service at 1-800-331-6483. Rewards are not redeemable for cash (except to the extent required by law), and may not be used to make purchases on other websites, including but not limited to any Shopping Partner websites. You acknowledge that you received the Reward as a gratuity, in connection with a loyalty, award, reward or promotional program, and that you did not pay any value or consideration for the Reward. The Reward is subject to an expiration date, subject to applicable law, which has been clearly and prominently displayed on the Reward. Protect the Reward like cash. If lost, destroyed or stolen it will not be replaced. For balance inquiries or other questions, please call customer service at 1-800-331-6483. The Reward is issued by EBG Gift Card Services, LLC, which reserves the right to deactivate any Reward issued or procured through fraudulent means. The Reward carries no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card. No service fees apply. Your use of the Reward indicates acceptance of these terms.
