Do I have to buy now online, or can I walk in and purchase when I arrive?
We recommend that you purchase your tickets and travel in advance. If you are planning a trip to Orlando, you are welcome to visit our Vacation Center located less than a mile from Downtown Disney to purchase your tickets when you arrive. For all other tickets and travel, it is required to place your order/reservation in advance. Please keep in mind that many of the event offers and other specials are based on limited availability due to the sense of demand, so always try planning in as far advance as possible. Prices and offers are always subject to change at any time.

What is the benefit from purchasing at TicketsAtWork.com?
Your employer has contracted with TicketsAtWork.com to offer you exclusive travel and entertainment offers and special discounts that are not available to the general public. Select corporate employers are able to participate in the program. Our agreements are licensed and authorized with the products and services that we offer, exclusively for our company to represent for the Corporate Benefit Program. All of the offers that are represented are either exclusive discounts, a special hard-to-get offer, or provide a special benefit with preferred access or preferred seating.

We offer you a convenient and reliable service to also save you time and money on your travel and entertainment.

Is TicketsAtWork affiliated with timeshare opportunities?
No. We do not work with timeshares or sponsor them in any way.

Can I get tickets for family or friends?
Yes. As long as you place the order, we welcome you to place orders for your family and/or friends.

How do I make reservations for my show tickets?
You can place your order either online through your company intranet, at TicketsAtWork.com with your company access code or by phone by calling our toll-free customer service telephone number.

How do I create an account?
To create an account you must have your company access code supplied by your employer.

How do I get my corporate code?
Your employer in your Human Resources or Benefits Departments will provide this to you.

I forgot my password.
If you already have an account, enter your email address and click "forgot my password" and it will be sent to you immediately.

Will I be receiving actual tickets or vouchers to trade in?
All theme park tickets we provide are actual tickets that provide for admission, never vouchers. For event tickets, we either ship the event tickets to you or we generate a box office confirmation that allows you to pick up the tickets at the event's Box Office. Some dinner show tickets are vouchers provided by the shows, but provide for immediate admission after you reserve and select the performance time of your selection. There are a few smaller attractions that we provide vouchers for that include immediate admission without waiting in additional lines.

Because of the sensitivity of many of the offers we provide and the special discounts and preferred seating, many of the Box Offices require the name on the reservation to pick up the tickets to prevent ticket brokering.

Where is your Pick-up Location?
We only have an official Pick-up location in Orlando. The official TicketsAtWork Pick-up location, BestOfOrlando Vacation Center & Ticket Store, is located less than a mile away from Walt Disney World Resort at 8472 Palm Parkway, Orlando FL 32836. You can exit I-4 on Lake Buena Vista/535 Exit and head 2 traffic lights to Palm Parkway. We are conveniently open 7 days a week.

What are my Shipping options?
We offer a variety of different shipping & delivery options based on different types of tickets and special offers. For most items, if your order is less than $125 you may select USPS Shipping. For all other orders that require shipping, we ship using UPS and we offer Ground, 2-Day or Next day Air. For some items, UPS delivery is always required to ensure a timely delivery. Some tickets may be sent electronically including Disneyland and many Las Vegas Show tickets. We also offer a convenient hotel delivery service for the Orlando attractions area.

When will my order ship?
We do our best to process and ship all orders on the same day they are placed, but we do not guarantee this. We do guarantee processing within 24- 48 hours to ship your order based on the method of your selection.

How long does shipping usually take?
USPS Mail can take 2-14 days depending on location. UPS Ground takes up to 7 days depending on location and region. UPS 2-day and UPS Next day packages means 2-days or Next day following our 48 hours processing time, respectively.

How will I receive my E-Tickets?
You will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail is the confirmation of your order. The first e-mail is not your e-ticket and it is not valid for admission at the theme park. The second e-mail will be sent within 24 to 48 hours of your ticket order. The e-mail will contain an attachment with your theme park tickets. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher, commonly found on most computers. If you do not have it, download it for FREE at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. You will need to print the tickets and bring them to the theme park for admission.

When will I receive my E-Tickets?
E-tickets are not sent instantly, and are processed manually during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. While we make every effort to expedite all ticket orders we are limited by the response time of our e-ticket vendors. Our standard processing guideline for all ticket orders is 24 to 48 hours from the time of your ticket order.

I received the wrong ticket.
We do have mechanisms in place to prevent mistakes from happening and it is our goal to ensure that your vacation is well-planned and enjoyable; however from time to time mistakes can happen as we process a high volume of orders every day. We guarantee that we will do our best to help in any way we can, and we ask that you contact us immediately for us to remedy the situation.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship to all countries and territories. Options and prices are calculated at checkout.

What are my payment choices?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept Travelers Cheques or Personal Checks.

How do I make reservations for Orlando Golf?
Please place your order and then you will contact the Windermere Golf Club to select your tee time and let them know that you already purchased a certificate from TicketsAtWork.com

What are "taxes and fees"?
The following information explains what taxes and fees apply when you purchase your tickets, hotel reservation and other travel arrangements with us. We hope that you find this explanation helpful. For ticket orders and travel reservations, the term "taxes" means that we collect an amount from you equal to the amount that we expect our travel suppliers to bill us in order to pay any applicable taxes, governmental fees and any other charges remitted to the government. So when you see "taxes" on the website, this means a "tax recovery charge", as defined by the following; In order to provide one of the most comprehensive listings of offers with the most competitive prices, our "pre-paid" model consists of securing the travel products as inventory from our travel suppliers and then providing this wide array of travel products to you, our customers. We charge your credit card the full amount of the transaction at the time of the reservation, including any taxes and fees. When we are billed for the inventory from our travel suppliers, we are billed with the applicable taxes, governmental fees and any other charges remitted to the government. Therefore, what we are collecting from you is a "tax recovery charge" that is equal to the amount we expect our travel suppliers to bill us so they can pay those taxes, governmental fees and other charges to the government. What does all this mean to you? Just keep in mind that when you see the words "taxes" on our site, it may mean "tax recovery charge" and the percentage will vary based on multiple variables including different local city, state, county, resort and other governmental tax amounts.

Another example: When we purchase tickets and other travel from our suppliers, often times we have to pay sales tax on the purchase and the sales tax is charged to you, the ultimate consumer. Therefore, what we're collecting from you is a tax recovery charge that is equal to the amount we expect our travel suppliers to charge us. For example, when you go to Walt Disney World's website, the ticket prices are listed prior to charging the 6.4% to 6.65% sales tax (percentage ranges based on different counties of the 4 theme parks) that will be added to all ticket transactions, including when we purchase tickets from Walt Disney World for sale through our website to our customers. When you purchase a hotel reservation in Lake Buena Vista (where Walt Disney World is located), Orlando or Tampa, FL, the combined taxes for hotel reservations will range between 10% and 14%. In most cases, this will be billed separately from room rates with resort fees and other applicable taxes and fees as a separate line item. When we present the breakdown to our customers, we make our best efforts to list the items separately for you in a similar manner.

Tickets and Travel

Unless otherwise noted, prices shown for travel packages are in USD for one adult, and if the travel package includes a hotel, based upon double occupancy. Prices are subject to change based upon your choice of travel dates, number of travelers, departure city, and your choice of flight, hotels or other items, and may require a minimum nights' stay. For Ticket orders, the information and all terms and conditions regarding the ticket products will be listed on our website for you to review prior to purchase. In most instances, ticket orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are able to offer the most competitive pricing and product selection by eliminating excessive service fees and relying on our database to connect directly to most of our suppliers. This prohibits us from being able to offer refunds and/or cancellations. Amounts displayed in the "taxes and Fees" line for ticket transactions consist of the amount that we expect the relevant attraction/event/travel supplier to bill us for any applicable taxes, governmental fees and other charges, as outlined above plus an additional processing service fee that we retain as described below.

Hotel Transactions

In order to provide you with the best offers available, we provide and market hotel rooms on the site on a prepaid model, where we collect the full amount from you up front and handle the payments to the hotel. Amounts displayed in the "taxes and Fees" line for these hotel transactions consist of the amount that we expect the relevant hotel to bill us for any applicable taxes, governmental fees and other charges, as outlined above plus an additional processing service fee that we retain as described below.

Additional Information

Information regarding taxes, governmental fees and other charges on any travel-related transactions not discussed above will be calculated and displayed to you prior to check-out. Also, remember that you may incur other charges while traveling that are not payable to us and are not included in the quoted price, such as hotel extra-person or extra-bed charges, resort fees, gratuities, parking fees, telephone fees, room service, movies, mini-bar, or rental car insurance, gasoline, and other incidentals. We impose certain service fees as outlined below.

Shipping & Service Fees

Most attraction ticket transactions require the delivery form of shipping. All packages over $125 are required to be shipped by UPS to ensure delivery. The shipping fees are standard fees that are delegated to us by our suppliers.

Certain service fees are charged for processing your ticket orders and travel reservations through our system. These are often bundled into the Taxes and Fees section in order to maintain the opaque nature of the "prepaid" rate, as required by our contracts with our suppliers. This means that because in many cases we offer exclusive promotions or special discounts, our suppliers do not want their product to be discounted without noting the taxes and fees separately.

Miscellaneous Other Fees

Some ticket transactions may be available for electronic ticket delivery and various payment options may be available based on supplier availability. Various service fees and/or restrictions may be applicable. This information will be displayed prior to all purchases and additional delivery options are for your convenience.


Event Tickets FAQ:

Where will my exact seats be?
Because of the popularity and limited availability for event tickets- specific sections, rows and seats cannot be requested or provided prior to purchase. The general seating area or Category is located in the ticket description on TicketsAtWork.com and a seating diagram is provided. We work very hard to make the best possible seats available to you, including reserving seats prior to public on-sale in many cases.

For most Las Vegas shows, your exact seating locations will be sent electronically with your ticket confirmation within 3 to 5 days of your purchase.
Please note: All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

When will I receive my tickets?
Event tickets that offer UPS shipping are sent 2-3 weeks prior to the event date. If you order within 2 weeks of the event date, tickets will arrive prior to the date but we cannot guarantee an exact processing time. The primary reason we do this is because we cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
Event tickets that offer Box Office Will Call are available only at the venue box office. Specific instructions on when the tickets are available and how to pick them up will be sent in an Electronic Ticket Confirmation 3-5 days after an order is placed. Only the name on the reservation can pick up the tickets at the Box Office. A photo ID is required for all Box Office Will Call pick up.

What is my special offer for Event tickets?
On TicketsAtWork.com we strive to make available �special offers� that are not available to the general public. This can include a discount, no service fees, Preferred Seating locations or access to a sold out event.

What if I cannot attend an event that I purchased on TicketsAtWork?
We are unable to provide a refund or an exchange for unused tickets. Exactly like most ticketing systems, once an order is placed � the purchase is confirmed and the customer is responsible for the purchase. All event ticket reservations are final.

What is preferred seating?
For many events, TicketsAtWork has the opportunity to reserve seats prior to the public on-sale. This allows us to provide you with excellent locations. While we cannot provide you an exact location prior to your purchase, we can assure you that when you see �Preferred Seating� next to an offer � that you will receive better seats than are available to the general public. Availability is limited for all events with Preferred Seating.

How do I get my Las Vegas Show Tickets?
After you place your order, a ticket confirmation will be emailed directly to you. You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office up to 5 days in advance for most shows. Please note that only the person with their name on the reservation confirmation is able to pick up the tickets. A photo ID is required.

What is Vegas LET Taxes?
All show tickets in Las Vegas require a 10% tax � called the Live Entertainment Tax (LET). All TicketsAtWork prices are quoted inclusive of this tax.

How do I get VIP Hosted Entry for Las Vegas Nightclubs?
To ensure that you receive all of the details and a personalized service, we require these reservations to be placed by telephone during customer service hours. VIP Hosted Entry means that you will contact us with the Nightclub and date of your choice and we will send you a confirmation form that requires a signature. We will assign you with your exclusive VIP Host that will personally meet and greet you outside of the Nightclub based on the time of your reservation. This is an exclusive service and we take pride in providing you with superior, personalized service that will make your Vegas Nightlife entertainment truly enjoyable.

How do the Las Vegas Nightclub VIP Passes work?
Please select the VIP Passes for the Nightclubs of your choice. Please note the restrictions and validity dates for each nightclub before you purchase. Las Vegas VIP Passes will be shipped to you in advance by UPS, so when you arrive in Las Vegas you have nothing to worry about! We contract with the nightclubs and ensure the clubs that our corporate clientele will be well-dressed and a positive demographic for their establishments. When you see the long lines, don�t get nervous and proceed to the VIP/Front of Line areas. Make sure to let them know you have a VIP Pass.
